VPN Troubleshooting:

• When configuring your VPN, be sure to choose the "UCIFull" group so that it will work for UCI Libraries digital resources. This might appear in a pop-up box that is hidden behind other screens.
• If your VPN wasn't turned on or was improperly configured, these resources might give your internet browser a cookie that indicates that you don't have access. This might stay in your browser's cache and prevent access even if your VPN is working properly. If you suspect this occurs, clear your browser's cookies.
