Springshare Products at UCI Libraries

The UC Irvine Libraries license the following products from Springshare:

• LibAnswers, used across the Libraries to help users and manage reference transactions
• LibCal, used by Access Services, Communications, and Reference/GML, for booking and managing spaces, appointments, and events
• LibGuides, used for recommending resources and for Databases A-Z; managed by the LibGuides & Databases A-Z Working Group
• LibInsight, used by Reference, Education & Outreach, and Special Collections & Archives to collect and analyze statistics
• LibStaffer, used in Technical Services for scheduling purposes
• LibWizard, used primarily to create learning objects/quizzes/tutorials

This LibGuide provides information about the Springshare products Reference oversees or uses extensively.

This Guide provides basic "how-to" information for UCI Library employees using these products.
