Authorize LibCal to automatically create Zoom link to add in Confirmation/Reminder emails to patrons

Step 1

Login to LibApps https://uci.libapps.com/libapps/login.php

  • LibCal

Step 2

Click on your email address (top right of the screen)

Scroll down to Zoom: Online Appts & Events

Click 

Step 5

LibCal is requesting access to your Zoom account

Click 

Step 6

See message:

  • "Success" message

See Green box:

  • "Authorized by Zoom user Your name and UCI email address"

 

Note: This process will authorize LibCal to automatically create Zoom link to add in Confirmation/Reminder emails to patrons.
