Single Date (30 min block of time): Double-Click on the green time slot on the calendar (right side of screen) Click Note: You'll notice that your appointment calendar displays blue squares. Every blue square represents an hour where you have not added an availability time. In other words, it's like you are saying "I'm not available for an appointment at this time." Your appointment calendar will NOT show your meetings, events, and other bookings that are currently in your Outlook calendar. |

Padding
LibCal will set available times based on the duration and padding pre-set by each Group.
When you set up appointments, availability windows must be long enough for the appointment duration as well as the padding time AFTER.
If you have currently booked meetings in Outlook, please allow time BEFORE setting your LibCal Appointment Start Time.
Need to Update Settings?
Once you set up your initial settings and schedule appointments, making changes will not affect existing appointments. It will only apply to subsequently created sessions.
To change existing sessions, delete them and start over.
