If you're ON the VPN, but get a message that you're DON'T currently have a UCI IP address (Test My Connection), it is likely that you're using the incorrect VPN address and/or Group setting.
When connecting to the VPN, you will need to enter a VPN address.
The only address that will work with library resources is: vpn.uci.edu.
The VPN address vpn2.uci.edu will not work for full access to library resources.
After entering the VPN address and selecting Connect, you will need to select UCIFull from the Group menu.
The Group menu dialog box is often hidden behind the UCInetID login window, causing you to miss this step.
