Resource icons

Resource icons are small images that help convey additional info about an asset. The UCI Libraries use resource icons to denote access to electronic resources on LibGuides and the Databases A-Z list. These icons help users identify resources that are available to them based on their status.

Icons can be assigned to the following asset types:

  • Databases
  • Links
  • Books from the Catalog
  • Documents/Files
