UC Library Search

UC Library Search is the main catalog for the UC Irvine Libraries and the entire UC system. It searches through all of the books and e-books we own or have access to. Use it to find books for your History Day project.

You do not need to be at UC Irvine to search in UC Library Search. But you will need to be on-campus to actually access the books that you find in UC Library Search, and you will need a library card to check them out. Keep track of the titles of the books you find and write down the location information.

Tip: Use the filters on the left-hand side of the page to limit your "Resource Type" to "Books." (You might have to click "Show More" to see "Books")
