Carefully read the assignment prompt  and visit the website.  Choose the neighborhood that has gone through gentrification in Southern California.  Include the following:

1. brief history of neighborhood
2. descriptive profile
3. explain what factors were responsible for gentrification
4. what are the consequences of gentrification - who has benefited and who was hurt by these actions?
5. what are some policy solutions for gentrication

Compose a 10-14 (7-10) pp research paper following this outline:
